The only pedal connected to the MP4 is the triple pedal, nothing else.

With the same cable, does the Left Output connection feel the same as the right when you push it into the jack?

I know it must be frustrating on a new instrument, can you physically take it to the dealer and have them run the test? If they can reproduce it, they will surely replace it for you-

Hi folks,
right now and from a distance I don‘t have any idea what we could still look at. Sad, but even a two months old instrument can have a fault, that‘s what the warranty is good for. Maybe a technician should have a look at it. I mean, I am still interested - and left with a little hope - in seeing a photo of your jacks and cabling. Fortunately (haha), due to the covid situation, I don‘t have a gig this saturday and lots of other saturdays so I‘m willing to spend the night with you. Good luck to all of us.

The NP4 is heavy and bulky, I suppose I will have to buy a case (any advise? Maybe the store can lend one to me?).
The store is not far (2 km) but I don't have a car.

Maybe find the salesperson you bought the NP 4 from and call him up and explain. Maybe they can send someone over to you with a different monitor to test. Only take 10 minutes to get to your house-

Hmm, 2 km to get to the store. Seems close. Okay, no car with a keyboard at roundabout 20 kg is quite a challenge. Don‘t you have a motorized friend nearby? Or parents or other relatives? Or a good neighbour? As I in my youth had a large Yamaha console organ I placed the one end on the skateboard of my sister, took the other side in hands and pushed it forward a long way. Today I would say take a video, post it on instagram, fb etc. and become a millionaire within a fortnight

It happened to my Nord Grand a few times that the left output has no sound. The outputs are wired directly to a pair QSC K8.2 speakers with 1/4" TS cables.
If I feed signal to the "monitor in" port of the Nord Grand, bother speakers sound normal. But the keyboard output could not reach the left speaker.
With Nord Grand on "mono" mode, both speakers work as well.
I changed the program to a new one and the left sound would become normal. The sound would stay normal if I change the program back to the previous one.

Hi,

I don't think it's the same problem : mono or stereo mode don't change anything for me and most part of the time the sound is normal, even from the left out.

I have now the evidence that the problem comes from the NP4 : when I plug directly my headphone in the left output, I can notice randomly the lack of volume.
I've sent a mail to my retailer.

3 weeks now without my NP4... It's long to repair !

So I just recovered my NP4 from repair (4 weeks).

I've noticed that the two very first keys are not exactly at the same level as the others but it's not a big deal.

All is working fine now and I can enjoy again my piano, it's the most important.
