Nord Piano 4 won't restore

Anybody experienced failure to restore to factory settings on NP4? I've updated to version 2.0, can load/delete sounds fine. But after it verifies file, it gets stuck at 'preparing restore'.

Seeing this second problematic issue for you (randomly loud keys being the other) I’m wondering if you have a defective unit. It can happen....would suggest a talk with the shop where you bought it. Good luck!
