I damaged a key, it's playable but I'd like to replace it. I was hoping that sourcing parts would be easy on a premium product such as this. Can anyone point me at a distributor preferably in Europe? Thanks

You should be able to do this just on your own: Go to https://www.nordkeyboards.com/ and check for "Distributors" in the top level menu. They are sorted by country. Those should be able to help you out.

Thanks FZiegler, I've had no joy with distributors here. More into selling than repairing.
Thankfully I think I've solved it. The Nord piano 3 appears to use a Fatar TP40 (GH or H) keybed. I can get hold of parts easily so I've ordered the key and hopefully I can manage the repair myself.

From time to time we hear about frustrations from users with issues. But I wonder if nobody told those distributors that they certainly will sell better if the reputation of the brand is good. Which will concern support, too. Am I wrong?
