Keybed-issue

Hi!
My trusted NP88 has developed an issue... the middle d# key seems to get stiff when not in use..
When I sit down to play I have to press it repeatedly to loosen it up. But when it’s freed it will preform as it should until I leave the keyboard for a period of time.
Then it will freeze up again.

Anyone had this issue?

I’m perfectly fine opening the piano up to check the mechanics, but if someone has encountered this before a pointing in the right direction would be appreciated:)

I'm not familiar with the issue -- but it sounds pretty much like there is some stiff grease or dirt that has crept in there somehow. I would open it up and check what is holding it back and maybe clean it up a bit; it's not unlikely that "something" has worked its was in there over the years
