Welcome to the Forum nord08! As noted, an external source for the B3 emulation may be needed for dedicated playing, however B3 samples that are available should help for simple parts and background behind strings or piano. Using a combination of the Chorus effect and the Tremolo (for fast Leslie emulation) on a B3 sample should help add some "motion" to the sound, however routing to an external Leslie simulator would sound more authentic. "that's a bummer" = "that's disappointing" or "that sucks", with the more subtle subtext being that it's also not something that's too serious. Something that's a bummer can also lead to your feeling "bummed out" or sometimes just "bummed."

I hope you've had some luck finding samples to meet your needs since your initial post.
