Hi,

I just received my "Clavia Nord Soft Case 88", I find it too heavy... I noticed that they put 2 two wooden plates inside the NS Case 88, and maybe these increased a bit the weight of the soft case. So, I'm thinking about removing them or maybe only put some light but strong plastique plates.

I think Kawai SC-1 would fit my Nord Piano 5 88?

Kawai SC-1 Softcase: 4Kg (5kg less!)
Clavia Nord Soft Case 88: 9Kg

By the way, here is a comparison chart of both cases:

Hi Nordine,

I think the Nord grand is the biggest of all Nord keyboards, so If my Nord Grand fits into the Kawai soft case, yours should too.
You just may have to put some extra cushion to fill some spaces.

Hi olivierseb,

Thanks for your reply, yeah sure. But I am going to customize my Nord Soft Case 88, I will try to post some photos when I will take-off the extra weighting woody plates.
