Any news on Nord Piano 5 ?

The Piano 4 has been around for two years or so, which in Nord times is very recent. Plus, the following year they released the Grand. I don't see any new Piano coming for the next years...

The Piano 4 has been out for almost three years now and the product cycle seems to be 2-4 years

True, but there has been the Grand in 2019. I reiterate that if I needed a Nord Piano (and liked the features of the 4), if I were you I'd get the 4 without too much worries.

Consider that a new product isn't necessarily "better", and if it's based on a radically new architecture / firmware than the past ones, it's likely that the first releases will contain bugs.

Besides, I think the major question is: is the NP4 suitable to your need, and does it do pretty much "all" you need from a digital piano? If yes, then again in my opinion there's no need to wait for the newest thing just for the sake of the "newness".

Nord Piano 5 seems to be at the doors - there was a (probably unintentional) leak of a video on Instagram today where a musician (a Nord endorser) unpacked a Nord Piano 5 which had obviously been sent to him for tests, the video vanished on Instagram after a short period of time though .... but looks as if it’s not far from the official launch now
