I was playing normally when my A3 key stayed down and stopped producing sounds. It seems the hammer is not working correctly. The key does not "bounce" up to original position but stops 70% of the way, the sensor does not respond so there is no sound, and it is generally broken.
Is there anyone that could help me fix this that has had a similar issue?

Re: A3 key stuck and no sound.
I had the same thing happen on a 3 week old Piano 4. Managed to get mine changed in the shop for new piano.
When I took it back to the shop, there was another NP4 on display, so I played that one to see what the action was like. The same thing happened to the display mode!! Apparently its a rare occurrence.
You will need to get it fixed by a technician.
I personally think it's not as rare as they're saying!
Hope you can get to fixed. Good luck!
