NEW Nord Stage 3 not powering on

Hello,

My parents recently purchased a Nord Stage 3, they live in Italy so I'm here visiting for the holidays, however, the keyboard they purchased isn't turning on. NO lights, NO anything. I've tried moving the keyboard to different outlets, but It's just unresponsive. My mother says it turned on once and my father said he's never seen it power up, So I'm trying to figure out the issue. Because it's brand new, has never been used, and isn't working.

Was this a model bought in Italy? (I am thinking maybe it was bought elsewhere and the transformer was set to a different voltage).
Other things to think about: Cable OK? Did you try resetting the cable to the chassis?
Did you try a different cable?
Is the fuse OK?
Other than that, I would call the shop/service.
