Two ADSR Envs and LFO per voice. Sample loading would be killer.

I don´t ever want an A2, I Think the A1 is good enough and I really love it. With aftertouch, for example, it just would not be an A1 any more.

A totally new synth from Clavia would be nice though.

And who knows what´s coming up 2016. If I look at the previous years it´s actually not impossible with a "Wave 2". Most other keyboards are pretty recently updated and every year Clavia has released one or more products with keys.

So, why not make a "Nord first ever" five octave synth with DNA from both Wave and A1? With aftertouch and that new OLED from Electro and all the features we love from other Nord synths.

I know that they are proud of their sample library (updated today actually) so I think that the next synth will be able to load samples.

Please?

In order of most desired to least:

Audio inputs (stereo) so I could use the great filters and effects on lots of tracks.
Pattern feature from the NL4.
Pan as a morph destination.
Swing for the arp.
Effects from the NL4.

I would like (please):

* More options for the LFO patterns
* Velocity morph support for the things it currently does not, like reverb amount
* A "poly" duophonic arp pattern and/or a couple more arp patterns like "order pressed" and "random - non repeating"
* Wider range of speeds for non-synced LFO and delay speeds (and for the amplitude modulation effect)
* (this is a weird one) When changing slot focus, have each control that responds to a CC emit it's current value for that slot on that slots midi channel. This will let remotecontrol surfaces track the currently selected slot's value when changing slots.

Here's to wishing. Thank you!

Here are my wishes for an A2.

+) The keybed is way too bad for that price range, the velocity transition is very bad and it has no aftertouch
+) the vibrato settings are global for all patches (WTF?)
+) I would really like to see a dedicated shape knob in an A2, so that you don't need an OSC config for that
+) per patch output routing
+) free upper/lower assign instead of fixed S1/2 to lower and S3/4 to upper assignment
+) extra HP knob which is missing for Juno emulations,
+) ADSR for the mod env
+) a proper display so that we don't have to remember D27s, A39s and B15s again. IT IS FREAKIN 2016!!

The only thing, that keeps me from selling it, is the awesome sound and me being a lazy tweaker, for which the A1 is perfect!

A much better keybed with normal size key's. Every time I see that key's get a bit smaller.

What do you mean? As far as I know, all the Leads have always had exactly the same, full size keybed.
It should be a FATAR TP-8 variation.

I agree it's not the best possible, but key size is not among the problems

My dream Lead would have the layout, arpeggiator and impulse morph of the Lead4 with the oscillators and effects of the A1, plus an improved keybed with aftertouch (the TP-9 used on the Virus and new Minimoog would be great) and the new OLED screen.
Gimme that, and I 'm set for life

What's wrong with the size? Standard size keybed.

No. Measure and compare. It is quite noticeable (or at least I noted it immediately when I played a NL4 which, I think has the same keys as the A1). Shorter in length and in the vertical mechanism travel if you compare to the NS2. Some might like it for 'fast playing'. I would prefer same size keys as the NS2.
