masterclock difference from sequencer to synth

I have observed an anomaly in the operation of the A1 Masterclock.

When driving the synth from software (Live), the A1 normally obeys the masterclock imposed by the software. However, I observed a discrepancy between the metronome value of my sequncer and the synth.
The arpeggios are executed at the "right" tempo (the software tempo) if the sequencer plays held notes.
But the NORD's metronome value is always lower (from 1 to 5%!).
Then, when I play arpeggios directly on the keyboard, they no longer have the same tempo!
Has anyone observed this problem before?
How can I fix it?
