How to download custom patches?

Hello everyone, I am new here. I just purchased the Nord Lead A1 and want to download several custom patches that have been emailed to me as .rar files. These are zip files and I have downloaded them to my Macbook. Now I need to learn how to download them from the Mac to the Nord. Thank you in advance.

What's inside the rar? Compatible file types for A1 are .nlas, .nlap, .nlasbundle, .nlapbundle. If that's what you have, all you need to do is unzip them, install Nord Sound Manager, start Sound Manager on the Mac, connect the A1 to the Mac by USB, and the rest should be pretty self explicatory. You can drag and drop sounds into the Sound Manager.
