My second synth is currently the Novation Ultranova.
I´ve tried to recreate some of my favorite patches of the Ultranova at the A1.
Here is the file comparing the sounds, first the UN, then A1:
1.) Space Pad
2.) Wonder
3.) New World
4.) Star Lead
5.) Distorted Guitar
6.) Aquatic Lead
7.) Undersea

The UN patches are mostly more complex (using Wavetables) but I guess, the character is quite same.
