Repair shop (relatively) near Cleveland?

Postby Bmooncd » 03 Jan 2020, 14:42

SO, the unthinkably stupid happened and I had a cheap stand collapse. The Electro 6 took a hard whack on the OLED and the display is toast. Fortunately the rest is fine, but it sure is nice to be able to see what patch is selected.
Anyone know somebody besides Empirical? Willing to drive a ways...

Ouch, sorry to hear that, but welcome to the forum. Here is a list of authorized Nord USA repair centers that I received in 2017, so it may be outdated. There are four Ohio shops - Canton and Barberton are the closest and there are two in the Columbus area.

Regardless, you should submit a ticket through the Nord website: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/support. Your issue will be forwarded to Pablo Mastodon who is Nord's North American support rep. He will likely contact you and be able to further advise. Good luck!
