Hello, sorry if the topic has already been addressed.
I tried to use the preset function in 6d organ. I have the latest OS (The White piano works OK).
The function COPY TO PRESET does not work - the current drawbar combination cannot be stored in PRESET (Shift + Preset).
I can however effectively implement edition when holding the PRESET button down continuously, but then only one hand is free to experiment with sound which makes it cumbersome.
Thank you
Same issue here with my NE6HP. I don't think it is a bug, I'm just not sure how to use it. And the copy to preset does nothing I can tell.
If I hold down the preset button, I am able to modify the preset organ and save it with the program. This gives me two organ settings for each program to toggle between, but I must hold down the preset button to make modifications.

What a coincidence that I was working on this very thing tonight. It’s not a bug.
You need to hold down the Preset button, change your drawbar, percussion and c/v settings, then let go of the Preset button. You can now toggle between the regular program setting and the preset.
Remember to save you program when you’re done.

According to the manual, the COPY TO PRESET button affects only the drawbar settings, not the percussion or c/v.
The logic escapes me, but it seems intentional by Nord.
Oh well

Oh well
quite strange if the preset stores all settings, not just drawbars. But, reading NE6 manual, to me it sounds like only drawbars position is stored in the "shadow drawbars set" = the Preset
Preset
There are two sets of drawbars available for each organ manual – the default drawbar set (Preset led not lit) and the Preset. This provides a quick way of changing between two organ sound variations, without having to change programs.

That must have changed from the E5. From its manual:
PRESET 1 AND 2
For each Program the Organ model can hold two different drawbar settings in its memory, graphically
visible in the display, selected by pressing PRESET 1 or PRESET 2 respectively. Additionally,
Vibrato/Chorus and Percussion can be turned on or off with each Preset.

Exactly! But my 5D only stores drawbars and c/vib.
Not percussion...it copies to both so you can't have second harmonic on one and third on the other.
I wrote nord, will see what they say.
Electro 5D with OS 2.0.
Itresting! The manual isn't very articulate here. What way I've always done, is to copy my saved settings into the Preset and then return to the usual non-preset side and change it to something else. Then I will have two complete different settings under just one button, including two different percussion settings. This works fine on NE6D with OS 2.52. I never knew about that hold down the Preset button method, but that seems to work, too.
