OS Crashed - unable to reset

I tried to restore factory settings using the Nord Sound Manager 7.54 (latest version). The restore not only failed, my keyboard does not operate at all now. Get an error message when power on, display shows F.03 . Tried to update the OS as well, but update tool freezes and does not complete. I also tried to reboot the keyboard by pressing SHIFT and STORE at the same time- Nothing.

This is about the Electro 4D by the way - OS v 1.22
