Yes. one more vote for this - and Organ Tweeking Parameters and functionality like in the 5D (maybe also a little bit more parameters, e.g. for the Leslie like in a Roland V-Combo or similar: Speed and Acceleration of Rotors from 0..100 e.g. ).
Effects like in the 5D as well - a mode to apply them to the sum and every effect for each engine.

I agree that more Rhodes would be extremely welcome :-)

However, there may be more layers than what many of us thought...

It's an often repeated claim here that there are too few velocity layers, so some time ago I checked it carefully (using a statistical/mathematical analysis between all 127 velocity levels). There were more layers than rumored :-) As an example, the EP4 seems to have even MORE velocity layers than the quite expressive Royal Grand 3D... at least for the tone I checked (middle F, IIRC).

I could be wrong, of course :-) So maybe someone else want's to check also, by the same or some other method.

I've noticed on my Nord Electro 5D that the Stereo Output levels are mismatched by 4 dB (when put through the same single amp-speaker channel).
This poses many complications in the recording studio, and live performance setups.

There should be a spec for volume matching the L & R output levels (in System Stereo mode and without any pan effect). I would suggest <0.5 dB match as the spec. This way,
if the L & R channel outputs are randomly swapped in a recording or performance setup, it will not impact the stereo mix being put out.

If the stereo output signal levels are already controlled under a software test and factory test spec, and my E5D is out of spec, please post a reply note.

Measurements on my E5D running OS 1.42:

Left: 0 dB
Right: -4 dB

You can use a pitch bend pedal... the Behringer US600 I used is discontinued, but there are other pedals that can do it. The NE5 can also recognize pitch bend over MIDI, so you can trigger it from some other keyboard if you have one with a pitch wheel, or something like an iPhone app.

Modulation is not possible. It's not just that the NE5 is missing the button/knob/wheel, it's also missing the internal LFO functionality. That is, the problem isn't merely the lack of a wheel, it's the lack of anything in the electronics for the wheel to control.

More memory for pianos and samples and separated stereo outputs so i can assign organ to output 3, 4 or 3&4. For the rest, i'm very happ.
