nord electro 6 synchonising message?

Post by Richard Young »

Hello fellow Norders,
Just bought new Nord 6 and noticed lately that when I switch it on,say after 24hrs,it loads as normal and I see the progress bar (which takes about 2 secs) then I start playing and 10secs later, the sound goes off momentarily and I get the message 'synchonising'.This lasts about a second then sound comes back and all is well.
Is there a problem or is it just finishing booting up process.
Help and advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Richard.

Hi Richard,

is your nord permanently linked to your computer? If so, does the message also occur if you disconnect the two?

Cheers from snowy Germany

No message now that I have disconnected usb,so it must just have been the keyboard talking to the mac.
thanks for your suggestion snowy Germany.
