By the way, is this considered a universal problem with the marimba samples? I have not noticed a big volume drop on the new marimba samples on my E5. Perhaps there is a problem fairly unique to Baco.
Afroskully, you may be onto something . I'm thinking "Fully Marimba Experience"...a Jimi Hendrix cover band with marimbas playing all the parts.

Re: Nord 6D>> some sounds (eg marimba) so weak

I would go one step further. After adjusting all my other sounds and presets for the 70-odd songs we have in our cover list, I would call a short band meeting between run-throughs of Like A Prayer and say "look, we all need to work as team here. So I'm asking all of you to TAKE IT DOWN. My marimba is not getting respect."

Re: Nord 6D>> some sounds (eg marimba) so weak
HI all budies !
Eurêka !
I finally found my error for the weakness problem of Marimba (or BANJO and some other synth sound).
I usually use headphones to practice and create new songs: I've no issue in this way (no weak sound).
But when I amp (only through mix table), I made the mistake to use the same out (headphones) for the jack (that I usually use for simple amplification without mix table) => all piano, organ and most of synth sound were well amplify (no weak sound) but only specific synth are very weak, I've no idea why? (probably some impedance issue)
So it's only my fault => never use headphones out to connect your NORD on mix-table.
Thanks for all for your help
