I’ve just purchased a new 6d and want to save some of the programs from my 4d. Is there any possible and quick way to transfer these programs?

Possible yes - quick no .... you can’t transfer programs, but you can try to rebuild them on the 6D as much as possible given the fact that these are different instruments with different capabilities and technologies

Also, to expand: those sounds you’ve built around custom samples (if any) can be reconstructed by transferring each sample to the new machine and building a new program that uses it.
