So I was looking forward to uploading the new White Piano and connected my ne6 to the computer, as usually.
But it will not syncronize. Not even with the latest soundmanager.
Does anybody have an idea what may be wrong?

This might be caused by some USB driver issues, another app that has opened a connection to the device, a bad (too long) cable or something else of course.

Is the NE6 connected directly to your computer or via a USB hub? I assume you're using a Windows computer, as there are fewer reports on Mac USB issues with the Nords... so maybe it would be good to check if the NE6 is properly recognized by your computer when you connect it. And also check that no other apps connect to it at the same time.

Thanks for your reaction. The only difference to other connections is that I used another usb-cable. I hope another cable solves the problem. I ‘ll keep you informed

Problem solved! A brandnew cable did the job!
