Is it possible on the new Electro 5, to hook up a midi keyboard and drive the piano with the external keyboard, or the organ with the external keyboard, while playing other instrument with the Nord Keyboard?

Yes. The manual contains detailed illustrations of this setup complete with all needed specific menu settings, etc.
