Hi all,
so i got this issue recently on my 2015 Nord Electro4 HP: Bb key in one of upper octaves is sounding louder than it should. Like velocity curve for that single key is very different from others.
Tried OS re-install, does not help. It also happens when using as MIDI controller too.
Even tried to disassemble, but no visible damage around that key.. Most probably the sensor problem, below the key.
Any advice? Possible to replace any parts there?

Most likely a dirty contact. There are many posts on this and some videos as well:

thanks Mr_-G, can anyone recommend verified online shop for those rubber contact strips?
i've found a couple on Ebay, with different prices. But merchants are either not answering, or not sure if their strips are compatible with NE4.

Before going for replacement I suggest you to try to clean it (or have it cleaned by a specialized electronics repair shop in your area)

i just thought to order it anyway, since it's not expensive, and can be really helpful in future. All Nord models use the same type of strip?

They most definitely do not.
Your 4 HP has at least 2 strips, probably 3, and they will be unique due to the HP but also depending on whether they are for the lower, middle, or upper keys.
