Loading Nord Electro 3 samples into an Electro 5D

Hi. Just wondering if any Nord Electro 5D owners could tell me if the Electro 3 MiniMoog samples on the Nord website can be loaded into the Electro 5D keyboard?

Electro 3 samples can be loaded into Electro 5.

You can't really do a Rockford Files sound regardless of what samples you have. The sound uses portamento (glide between notes), an effect you can't replicate on an Electro.

I've been thinking about getting a 'real' keyboard for a while now an was deciding between a Nord Electro, Roland VR-730 or a Vox Continental. The ability to load samples makes the Electro more future proof than the others so I think I'm going to go for it.

Can the Electro load user samples or do they have to be from the Nord website?

Thanks for the links. I ended up ordering a Nord Electro 6D that has a lot of analog synth samples in the factory presets. It's good to know I can add some more when needed.
