Just returning to playing out with my NE5D, and I'm noticing a huge volume drop in all 3 of my live slots (which I use most often gigging) compared with my stored internal patches (which I use only occasionally).
Somehow I've reduced the level of the all three live slots because to get enough volume my master level is 3/4 up to max with gain at halfway up.
When I switch to an internal patch it's WAY WAY too loud.
How do I bring up the volume of the three live slots? Thanks in advance.

Re: Live slots too quiet, NE5D
Did you try the volume knob in the relevant section?
You could also just save another program from the other banks to replace them with a louder sound.
Also check to see that you don't have an expression or volume pedal set up to affect the liver slots but not the other programs.

Re: Live slots too quiet, NE5D
I think that's probably due to the gain knob being set too low (top right corner) - the gain knob setting is retained by each Live slot. Even if it looks like it's at halfway, when you switch back to a live slot, it remembers its previous setting.
It's stuff like this that makes me avoid live mode altogether. If you store three normal programs that are pretty close to what you normally use in the live slots - you have all the flexibility of messing with the sounds that you have in Live mode, but you always have a known starting point.
