hi all,

i ve been off for quite a while now since i had a stroke in nov. 2016 and been sitting in a wheel chair for one year. now i m home again and i ve recovered completely and i m SO HAPPY to be home again with all my gear...............my spouses

as i m intending to revalue my ne 3 sounds, i want to ask you how to download all the factory sounds and i ve got stuck and don t know how to as i m a loser as for handling computers..............

is there anybody there to give me a hand ?

Hi Christian,

welcome back and good to hear that you fully recovered from your stroke

There are two different factory sound files for the NE3 depending on whether you have the HP or not.

Download HP factory sounds: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sites/default/files/files/sound-libraries/product-libraries/nord-electro-3/Nord%20Electro%203%20HP%20Factory%20Restore%20v1.0%20revA.neb

Download factory sounds for the other models: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sites/default/files/files/sound-libraries/product-libraries/nord-electro-3/Nord%20Electro%203%20Factory%20Restore%20v3.0%20revA.neb

You need Nord Sound Manager to restore the factory sounds, the progtram can be downloaded here:
- If you have Windows: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sites/default/files/files/downloads/software/nord-sound-manager/Nord%20Sound%20Manager%20v7.46.zip
Unzip/extract this file with Windows explorer and run the extracted program file, which will install the sound manager on your Windows computer. Start it after installation

- If you are using an Apple MAC: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sites/default/files/files/downloads/software/nord-sound-manager/Nord%20Sound%20Manager%20v7.46.dmg
Open the file with MAC finder and move the program into the programs folder, then start it.
