Grand Piano Type Wont Select

Hi, I cannot select the Grand Piano type for some reason. Im new to Nord....what can I do? There should be SIX basic type options as I understand it.

Hi Ashworth and welcome to this forum!

I'm guessing that you just purchased this instrument used? Someone else apparently deleted all grand piano samples from the instrument's memory. Perhaps this person liked uprights more, or wanted to load a bunch of EPs. Download, install and run Nord Sound Manager on your computer and connect the instrument via USB and click on the PIANOS tab. You will see your answer there.

As a new owner of a used instrument, you'll probably want to download the original factory backup file and install it into the instrument via a RESTORE operation from within Nord Sound Manager.
