I've downloaded the Lady_Madonna ne5p file to an empty program slot in Bank 5 (Location 32).
However, SM will only allow me to download an "npno" file to any of the Piano Banks.
Any ideas?

Eric,
I loaded the files using Sound Manager.
When I go to the NE5, it's not there ... I took some screenshots with my phone of the SM Screen (1 and 2) as well as the the display on the NE5 (3).
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

Finally, I'm starting to understand the way it works (just a bit) ... it's in Bank 5 slot 32

I'm new to all this, and just a dumb guitar player. Can someone tell me how to take these files I just downloaded from this thread and get them into my Electro 5?
