Hi all,
I just bought a new Electro 6D the other day and have been having a lot of fun. But today I tried connecting it to iRealPro via my iPad and I noticed that suddenly the volume on the organ section and all electric pianos has become extremely low. Disconnecting the iPad doesn't do anything, and restarting the Electro without the iPad connected still gives me that extremely reduced volume, even with the volume dials set all the way for those sections or just in general. Acoustic pianos and sample synths are somehow unaffected.
I tried searching the internet but came up short. Has anybody has a problem like this? What would you recommend I do? As this is a brand new instrument this is a little frustrating, and I hope it doesn't become a recurring problem.
Thanks!

Re: Electro 6D Volume Problem
Do you have any pedals connected? And if so, check first that they are correctly set up with the right wires. In particular, a control pedal k or something else in that plug) could cause this kind of issue...

Re: Electro 6D Volume Problem
Hi baekgaard,
Thanks for your reply, and apologies for my delayed response!
I only had a sustain pedal connected, but that's good to know. I managed to solve the problem by fiddling with the headphone jack - I'm not sure what was happening, as none of the wires appeared frayed and they're all relatively new, but I haven't had the problem since!
