Electro 6d boot up failure

My new Electro 6 has a boot up failure with DsP piano Boot failure DsP (5)
Error. What do I do. I've got a gig in 6 days and am desperate for a fix!

Other than trying to reinstall the OS, it sounds like a hardware problem so no quick fix.
I think I have gear issues ....
