I went for some answers in the last fews days. Here they are.
I loaded an organ program, the LED was on. I moved a drawbar, it was off. I move a second drawbar, it stayed off. I tried moving the second drawbar I moved all the way up and down, the LED remains off.stiiiiiiive wrote:2- The user's guide states that the "drawbars" button LED is lit only when the physical drawbars positions match the preset drawbars setting. This is a cool way to check. Though I was wondering: is this for each drawbar or for all of them? I mean: 9 drawbars... is there a way to know when the drawbar you're moving is matching the preset setting for that particular overtone? Or can it just say when all the 9 are correctly set?
The LED is lit when all the drawbars are set to the stored. That’s a pity since this makes… huh… wait… 72?…too many possibilities to go through (in B3 mode). I mean, many players including me don’t need this and prefer shaping their organ sound live, but may be this could have been though a bit more conveniently. I’m still thinking about the Tech21 way:
And finally:stiiiiiiive wrote:On a side note, I'm thinking about a system alla Tech21 TriAC. This is a 3 channel/preset pure analogue amp sim. When you switch from a preset to another, if you move a knob, the main LED starts to blink. The closer to the stored setting, the faster the blink. I would love the NE4 to have such a feature... or does it have that yet?!...
I tried the NE4 SW73 and I can say I was right. BTW it’s cool but not as great as I would have expected.stiiiiiiive wrote:3- […] Am I right when I think clavinets benefits that too?
Only remains the Lo-Hi question…
