Hello-
New to the forum...just purchased a used electro2 last week....love it so far! Although I may just need to familiarize myself some more with the board, I'm afraid the previous owner did a number on the presets and I just want to get it back to original factory settings.

Can anybody point me to a reference page and/or download link that outlines the process?

BTW- I am running win7 64 bit, I saw this may not be supported? Has anything changed?

congratulations on your purchase!

You are correct about the lack of compatibility between the Electro 2 apps and W7 64bit.
You might end up have to do the XP mode with your W7, and there still might be an issue with the usb driver.
