Dear all,


I bought a Clavia Nord Stage Electro 5D and now to upload try to upload the Violin Mellotron sound I found on the Nord website: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... chamberlin.

However when I open Nord sound manager, connect my Piano, click sound download and move the relevant folder (where I put the .nsmp3 file) I cant select the file.

Does anybody have feedback on what could go wrong here?

Nord Electro 5 does not support .nsmp3, only up to .nsmp2, download the same sample from Nord Sample Library 2.0. (and prior to that, ensure you have the latest NE5 OS update and latest Nord Sound Manager)
