Nord Drum 3p + Nord Beat = Looper ?

Hey there, I am relatively new to the world of electronic drums and have a question regarding the topic the title states:

1. If I connect my Nord Drum 3p with an iRig Midi 2 to my iPad Air 3rd Gen. I am able to loop stuff that I play on the 3p have I understood that correctly?
2. How can I send this loop (as audio, not as midi) to my mixer so I can play it on speakers/monitors? Can I use the stereo-outs on my 3p? or can I use the headphone-jack output on my iPad? or do I have to go through the midi out of my 3p? And if so, how can I then connect the midi out to my mixer?
