I ve an issue triggering my Nord Drum 3p thru Midi with Ableton or Protools. I can record everything thru midi with no problem. But when i try to playback and trigger it plays more than one pad. (but the midi data is only one).
For example: I record something on PAD 2. I play it back to the Nord. The Nord plays then PAD 1 and PAD 2 an PAD 6.
Is there any one who can help me?
And yes, I read the Manual, I read the Manuel of Protools and Ableton and all other Midi triggered Instruments work fine!
I m using:
PT 12
Ableton 10
OS X 10.13
M-Audio Midisport 4x4
but tried other Midiinterfaces for it.

Re: Issue Triggering Nord Drum 3p thru Midi (Protools/Ableto
Hi bommel,
Perhaps 2 or more drum channels share the same MIDI note in the 3p's MIDI settings, check the note (eg [nt.60]) for each of the 6 drum channels, they should all be different. If that wasn't the problem, could you share the MIDI settings of the 3p and MIDI settings of the track in your DAW?
Cheers,
Albert
