I've finished the project! Thanks to Fred and others, now I have the one octive pedalboard which is portable and I can do the heel-toe with. These are the photos how I've done. The only thing I wonder is how sturdy this is. I don't know how strong the wood pieces and the screws hold them together. I probably shouldn't do the pedal gliss, but at least I can do the heel-toe. It's not like the full size pedalboard, so I have to compromise, but I think it's better than the original one.

Hi!
Congrats to your new pedals! You sanded them and lacquered them, looks nice! I was too lazy for that and left the keys raw....one day I will make a picture too.

Thanks Joe! How did you make yours? I thought about leaving the keys raw, but then the color of the keys were different when I made the prototype, so I decided to paint them. I only wish I could make the surface of the keys round.

By the way, I will probably move to Germany next year! :)

Put some self adhesive felt protectors under the ends. Saves the floor and reduces the noice.
The type you put under the legs of furniture.

I thought about it, but when I played the pedals, the ends didn't even touch the floor because the ends of the metal part of the pedals have the rubbers as you can see on the photos.
