NordC2D/Leslie 3300 applicability ?
Connecting a Leslie 3300 speaker system with the Nord C2D, can you play the B3 model only or is it possible to play and hear the baroque pipe organ sample, fox/farfisa as well ?

You can assign any/all of the organs to output to any of the outputs, including the high level 1/4" and 11 pin Rotary Speaker. You'll likely want to play the pipe organ sound with the rotary selection on the 3300 to "off". (But, who knows - rotary sound might be interesting). BTW - I also have a 3300 and, that C2D is just plain killer played through it. (Hammond selection). Good luck

Re: NordC2D/Leslie 3300 applicability ?
Hi
When connected to the 3300 with the 11pin rotary speaker out from the C2D, does the 3300 obey all the Slow Fast and Stop commands from the C2D?
I'm considering purchasing a 3300 for playing gigs and am currently experiencing problems with the stop command when hooked up to my 44W

Thanks Bart
Have you had the opportunity to compare your 3300 with any vintage Leslie's? Curious if your pleased with the tone of the 3300? So far the videos and sound clips i have seen with this combo are quite impressive. I'm looking for a cabinet that can be consistent and dependable for a busy gig schedule. I play soul/jazz mostly at restaurant volume. Both of my 2 speed 44w's are finicky and the noisy relays in the 1147 kits are very annoying.

Unfortunately no vintage leslies to compare... I'm pretty pleased with the sound and it's very tweakable. At very low volume it will be pretty clean or more of a overdrive, but you can fiddle with the tube drive. It can go VERY loud, next Saturday i'm going to play it with a bluesband for the first time. looking forward to that!C2dPedro wrote:Thanks Bart
