Re: C2d - improvements whish list
Hello,
On the C2 verison 2.0, the reverb is before the leslie, so I wish to have the reverb after...
Also the distorsion after 7 is not good, so maybe work a bit on the overdrive....and use all the value from 0 to 10 on it....
Regards,

Re: C2d - improvements whish list
I would love to have a "Really Battered B3" model. Today I was rehearsing with the C2 and noticed that it sounded too perfect. It would be cool to have a virtual model where harmonics might occasionally pop in and out and the sound might sputter and skip a bit when you pushed it. I think it would add a cool 'human' element to the sound.

What about if there was a digital LED number (red) for each drawbar. This way, when a preset is loaded the display changes and we would know what the drawbars are set to. Would help on a darkened stage as well.
Nord Grand (Yes, I would buy a new one if it was stolen!), iMac 2017, Sennheiser 650, Steinway Model A, Mason and Hamlin Model AA, Piano Marvel: 3D

Re: C2d - improvements whish list
How about having tHe drawbars "live" on each preset. Pretty important!

Re: C2d - improvements whish list
Live drawbars would require motorized faders/drawbars?? Not much out there in this direction, and I have the impression if might make the drawbars' feeling even less B3'ish.
As for the idea with LEDs, sounds actually like a pretty good idea to me!

Re: C2d - improvements whish list
The display could show the drawbar settings when an preset is active?

Drawbars live on presets. (comment)
The flipside of live presets is that you can not prepare the next sounds on the drawbars while having the preset active.
With a two drawbar per manual system you can have a different workflow as opposed to a single drawbar setup with presets.
If you have one set then I would press a preset and modify it with the drawbars.
On my C2d do not use the presets that much. I prepare the next sound on the silent set. Switch, trim the sound if needed.
Prepare the next sound on the silent set. And so on
Last sunday I never used the presets at all.
