Thanks for sharing your experiences and I must agree that these products should really be 'double boxed' when passed on to a courier for delivery, but not all UK retailers do this. If it was in a good sturdy box to begin with this wouldn't be necessary. I have bought several Kawai keyboards over the years and their packaging is very good and had no damage whatsoever.
Anyway enough of my moaning off to learn the inner secrets of the 'shift' button and double tapping! who said Nords were easy to use...theres a lot to learn still
