my Version is 7.42, it is the newest one I try to reinstall it

Probably you are trying to load the nsmp file in the wrong location?

And what is the name of the sample you created?

The Name of the sample is wall.nsmp. I made it with the latest OS of the sample Editor. In
the soundmanager I choose sample lib and try to download the sample in a empty Slot (after choose organise)

I do not know what it might be.
As a workaround,can you generate the nsmp and upload to the NS3 from the sample editor instead?

the failure message:
The nord stage does not support sample in .nsmp Format....

I find the solution. You have to select a unused sample and have to Substitute. Then there is not only a failure message, you can select that the sample will be converted…. dont use a empty Slot...

you cant upload from the sampleeditor, the ns3 isn´t connected …

the stage 3 and the the sampleeditor are not compatibel…

After converting, my sample doesn´t work right with the Stage3.
The sample run right in the sample editor. I have several unlooped oneshot samples from E2 to f#3. The samples are part of the children choir from The Wall. The last sample is one with silence.
After converting, the Nord Stage3 plays on every key from E2 to F#3 the first sample

It´s not my day…. I have used the wrong rootkey… after transpose an octave it works… sorry for that. The effect is that the keys left to the rootkey are filled automatically with the sample of the rootkey.

As I know, the Sample Editor is not working with the Nord Electro 6D! You can load all possible Samples (Waves) and save them as nsmp-files. This ist the older file-Version of the Electros (til 5D). The newer ones are called nsmp3-files.
I believe, there are two possibilities to load the nsmp-files into your E6:
1) Nord had a program calles Sample Converter. This converter automaticlly converted nsmp- into nsmp3-files. But this program is not more available.
2) Instead of the program Sample Converter the new Sound Manager automaticly converts files into the newer nsmp3-format.

When you have created an new sample, connect the the new Sound Manager (V 7.42) to your E6. Now you can load the samples, which were converted while loading. It is not possible, to call the Sound Manager from the Editor, so you must do it step by step as described above.
