This is not communicating with a company. It's a social media post that you hope someone in the company sees, presuming they bother to read tweets - which I hope they don't, Twitter is a cesspool.
Anyone who is serious about this will communicate with the company in a professional manner, either through a letter, an email, or at least a phone call - with valid, non-anonymous contact information.

You live in a world where companies recruit jobs via newspaper job ads, and push-button phones are a novelty, I suppose.

And your welcome to do so, but this is not the channel to do it. This is NOT a Nord sanctioned user forum.
Does somebody from Nord keep an eye on the Forum? Maybe, sometimes, sort of, but not in any formal way. Nobody directly from Nord participates here.
If you want them to know how you feel or what you expect, then you should send that information directly to Nord.
The best that can happen here is to get help in mitigating the situation as it is.
As for how annoying it is to have to do a virtual machine, well perhaps it is, but its a lot less annoying than having non-working software.
We're in agreement.
I can understand the venting here. But as you say, the focus here should be on dealing with the situation, not burning the place down.

No, I live in a world where if I want to press a company to make a software update to one of their releases, I'm not going to do it with a tweet. I'm going to write them a letter, or make a phone call, directed to whomever I can get a hold of in their software division.

Re: Nord Sample Editor don't work OS Catalina!
Twitter is not a reliable method of communication and I think you will find very few companies have a good method of tracking or responding to tweets.
There is way too much noise. If Nord doesn't explicitly have somebody managing social media (which is pretty much already proven they don't) I wouldn't expect random tweets to end up in anybody's inbox.
Nord has an official channel for support you really should use it. https://www.nordkeyboards.com/support

Re: Nord Sample Editor don't work OS Catalina!
I just received an answer from nord clavia support:
"Thanks for the message! A new version of the Nord Sample Editor, with 64-bit support, is in the works here - although we do not have a release date to share. In any case this has high priority from our side as well!"
So let's hope that an update for Mac OS Catalina is coming soon.

Re: Nord Sample Editor don't work OS Catalina!
Is it really such a foreign idea to so many of you that new Nord users and new Apple users are out there? Many of you with your vast collections of audio gear don't seem to realize that somebody with a Mac that's already running Catalina — either because they just took it out of the box today, or they installed the OS update recently — might bring home a fancy new red keyboard. Up until last month, when Clavia finally released some 64-bit Mac software, there would have been no way for that new Nord user to know they were going to have a bad time. Maybe they'd go online looking for some product support from Clavia, but they'd inevitably find themselves here and be met with criticism from old-school Nord users who haven't ever upgraded anything.
Apple innovates because it wants new customers. Clavia seems to be working on updating another Mac app for a modern Mac OS, which is pretty late in the game but still nice to see. Nevertheless, I honestly can't tell how interested Clavia is in gaining new customers instead of just selling new gear to existing customers. This forum remains pretty unwelcoming to new Nord users, anyway. Does anyone else think that's a problem?

Re: Nord Sample Editor don't work OS Catalina!
This has been rehashed over and again, but „up until last month“ there was no conceivable way an Apple user would be left unable to run all Nord software without having gone out of their way to install the beta of an unreleased operating system.
This has obviously changed with the release of Catalina, and irrevocably so with the release of the new 16“ MacBooks Pro, which are unable to run earlier versions of the OS.
Just to keep the timeline straight.

I don't think that's a fair statement. I've found the forum to be very welcoming to new users, especially those who try participate in a positive manner. There are some simple points of etiquette to follow, which apply to most any forum (introduce yourself, make an attempt to solve your issue before seeking help, focus on resolution of issues, don't treat this forum like it's the Clavia complaint desk).
Most of all, understand that this is a site for enthusiasts who may not place the same priority on what you would consider a serious issue, and as-a-whole are very satisfied users/customers. Any member (not just a new one) is probably not going to get the best response by repeatedly arguing that everyone else should place the same priority on an issue as they do and be as upset about it.
For example, I believe you received a very friendly and welcoming response with your first two posts in January 2017. It doesn't look like you posted again until July of this year when all of your subsequent posts to-date have been regarding the lack of Catalina support for NSM and NSE and how problematic Clavia's approach was, for which you received a lot of pushback. I believe your received your best responses when you were making positive contributions by participating in the 64-bit beta and keeping us up-to-date.
Regardless, I would expect that anyone here would help you (even those you perceive as unwelcoming) if you had an issue or question that they had knowledge to resolve or temporarily address with a workaround. Good relationships and friendships don't require 100% agreement. This site exists because overall, Clavia puts out great products, and there is a great group of people from around the world that come together to help each other.
