Hi
I have a problem.
My daughter borrowed my Nord piano 4, but she happened to give the potentiometers a small blow that lists the musical sounds, which then broke. When I opened the piano, it turned out that the component was made of hollow plastic, and it is natural that something would go wrong. Where do I find out what kind of component it is and how do I get hold of such a potentiometer-like component. It even seems strange that such an expensive piano is made out of hollow plastic.
Can anyone help me?
With best regards
Kenneth Jorgensen

Re: Nord piano 4, komponent to list sound/different instrume
Hi Kenneth and welcome,
I guess you mean the main Prog/Menu encoder that is on the left of the display and selects the Programs, it is a standard component but not sure the exact brand/type/model; you should contact the Nord distributor of your country (see https://www.nordkeyboards.com/distributors ) they will point you to the official service who can provide parts and also repairs (unless you can do-it-yourself).
