UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) recommendations
I was considering getting an UPS for my Stage, and I was wondering if any of you has had some experience with those and could point me toward a gear with good value/price ratio. Not necessarily exact brand & model, but even juts what to look for. Online-type and true-sinewave UPS starts at around € 250 here in Italy. Does the board power supply really care if it's true sinewave, or a square, or anything in between?

I use a standard 1000w UPS in my home studio, not true sinewave. Never any noise. protects power failure.
For gigs I use a Furman PST-8 line conditioner. Very clean AC.

Re: UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) recommendations
I'm going to recommend Tripplite stuff. I have a number of their UPS units, I have 2 of their Line Conditioners, and a few of their Isobar surge protector boxes. Their surge protector boxes come with a $10,000 insurance policy in case equipment hooked up to their box should get a surge and need service or no longer work. Twice, I've needed service when the power cords from my Isobar started to fray after years of use and abuse on gigs. They sent me a brand new unit each time. This company will always get my money
