There is a lot of discussion on the QSC K8.2 here:

My impression of the CP8s (having never played them live, only in music stores) is that a pair of them would be more than adequate. Better than so many keyboard rigs discussed here, e.g. single keyboard amps, etc. You'll need a pair of short poles, and enough room to position them appropriately.
Your rig would not suck, and you'd have enough clean volume to navigate guitar heros, lame FOH, etc. But you may not be happy with crystal AP reproduction, which is the ultimate benchmark.
However, if you can step up, you really should The K8.2 units are sublime magic: clean, powerful and your APs sound like magic. I have much more expensive gear in the arsenal, yet I still think they are something special for the price. Unless you want to spend $7500 for a pair of speakers? Buy them used or B stock if you can .. you'll save a bunch of dosh.
One of them would be a shame, a pair of them will shine in most band situations. Complete and authoritative eargasm. I feel no need for the K10.2s, although I think they are fine units. A single one wouldn't stand a chance against a stereo pair of CP8s.
Suck it up, buy two if you're going that way. Ten years from now, the K8.2s are still going to be desirable gear. They're that good.
