EDIT : I received and installed the Scarlett and all is working as I expected.

I did something very similar. In Spring 2021, we moved and I simplified my studio in the process. The older iteration had up to 5 different keyboards, a 12-channel Mackie mixer and a 48-port patch bay. I’m now down to 2 steady studio keyboards (Roland RD-800 and Electro 6D) and wanted a much neater setup.

After evaluating the options, I chose the MOTU UltraLite Mk 5. It has plenty of inputs (8) and outputs (I use 2 different pairs of monitors), is very configurable through its own software, integrates very well with Cubase and works just fine as a mixer when the computer is off. I’m very happy with the quality, sound and elimination of clutter from my studio.
