Your Nord set-up on the Baby Grand shell looks exquisite! Haha, I like your suggested collective noun for Steves
This weekend I visited a local Music shop in Cambridge UK (Professional Music Technology) and they set the Nord Piano from the window up for me to to play. Loved it. I also cheekily took some measurements of the mounting hole positions and key height from the base which has allowed me to develop this design featuring headphone stands on both sides:
