I wonder if somebody uses effect pedals with his Nord? If yes, which pedals you use?
Also I have a practical question. Is it possible to connect multiple synths on 1 effect pedal?

Re: Effect pedals
Depends on what you consider an effect pedal - I am using a Neo Vent II, a Tall&Fat and a Hall of Fame with both my Stage 3, have connected them in parallel to the effects by using a passive mixer in between the Stage's and the effects. Works like a charm

Re: Effect pedals
Back in the day, lots of guys used a phase shifter like an MXR Phase 90 on their electric pianos. Instant Steely Dan. Or like Schorsch says, the Neo Vent rotary speaker emulator is an effect pedal. Seen a ton on guitar pedalboards. Maybe a Reverb pedal. Most of those effects now are built into keyboards like the Nords that may or may not be equal to a good pedal. I have a full pedalboard, don't feel I need them on my Nord, but I have Flanger, Phase shifter, Chorus, Rotary speaker emulator, Compressor, Octave, Delay, Boost and Overdrive on my gui-tard rig.

I also use a Ventilator I, a talll&fat and a digitech polara with my stage3, but only for organ.

Can you operate it with your feet? That is a pedal.

Yes .... but I was putting the emphasis on “effect” rather than “pedal”

Re: Effect pedals
My Stage 2 EX organ goes via Output 3 into TCe Hall of Fame 2 >> Neo Ventilator II >> Hall of Fame 2
Fuel Tank Chameleon powers all of them (including my D3m MK-1 master-keyboard)
I also thought about getting an Organ Grinder pedal, but I decided to spare the 200€ and use the internal overdrive + Neo Vent Overdrive instead

Do you use 2x Hall of Fame 2, one before the Vent and the other one behind the Vent?

Yes, that's right - 1x pre- and 1x post-Leslie
Although, in the last weeks I only played through my HS7 monitors at home and realized that I only use the HoF post-Leslie to have a better In-Ear-Monitoring sound in live situations
(simulating the room on my InEar monitors )

Re: Effect pedals
Interesting - which HoF settings do you use for pre- and which one for post-Leslie, and is there a significant improvement compared to using one HoF pos only?
My signal route is Stage 3 >> Tall&Fat >> Ventilator 2 >> Hall of Fame 2 and it sounds good (like the Tall&Fat more than the Organ Grinder and also more than the built-in distortion of the Vent 2)
