Re: Dust cover v2
I bought my NS3 a few months ago. The dust cover was not available at the time. And it continued to not be available for a long time. Who knew that dust covers would be scarce during pandemics? Anyway, that was a pointless intro but it makes me giggle a little bit to think about it. The end result, though, was that I ended up with the new version of the cover. And, I guess it’s fine. It feels a little bit like a Lycra or spandex kind of material. Very soft and stretchy. It packs into a very tiny little bag which is pretty cool. I think it keeps dust off just fine. It wouldn’t provide protection against any kind of liquid, but if that is a risk then I would not have this wonderful keyboard anyway.

Sorry, when I read the ‘stretchy’ word this immediately popped into my mind. Seriously, though I had to buy my cover separately as I didn’t get one included with my Stage 3.

Re: Dust cover v2
I spent quite a bit of money on my Nord Stage 3 88 keys and Nord 3P.
There should have been a dust cover and DVDs included with the piano.
That's what was listed on the seller's website.
How much would either of them cost I wonder?
A couple dollars?
So, the keyboard is great and that's because I got what I paid for right?
I would ask Nord to take an interest,
not make a customer wait 3 months to follow up on a request for information.
I don't even know who to contact.
The person I was in touch with seems to be bothered by my polite questions and careful approach.
Yes, supply chains are broken.
Production is limited.
It's not a good time and there needs to be awareness and less selfishness.
But professionalism and courtesy shouldn't be forgotten.
I downloaded all the additional sound files for my Nord keyboard.

Hi technofeeliak,
you should be aware of the Nord support chain:
- first of all, it's the seller who owes you what he promised - that's normal;
- besides, it's not Nord themselves who are responsible for support, but the national distributor - which is marked on the Nord website.
Seriously: What do you want with a DVD in these days? USB stick would be more handy. If I need to get some data from a DVD, I need to attach a USB drive to one of my computers - only the oldest still have a DVD drive. But one thing is true: It really takes some time to download all sounds from the Nord sound libraries - newer and older ones. Don't miss the older synth samples which are hidden on the website: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... rp-odyssey
I'm not used to get a dust cover with a piano, so it wasn't unusual to me - but it's indeed a bit puzzling that some do get one, others don't.
