have been reading alot of questions regarding which is better interface for beginners in the field of audio productions
Here goes my opinion from my experience:
On budget:
Behringer Um2 single channel
Price to Quality ratio:
Motu M2
M-audio 192/4
focusrite solo
Been buying my equipment from Proaudio in my region

Re: Best Beginners Interface
All of the externally powered ones (USB bus powered) are about the same as far as I can tell, with rough parity on features, quality, sound, etc. They are like small mixers, mostly the same.
I think I have gear issues ....

Re: Best Beginners Interface
I'd put the Behringer UMC series interfaces at the top of your price to quality ratio list (mathematically at the bottom, but you know what I mean). The quality's fine, and its low P:Q ratio dacks on the others in your list. I think you'd quickly find yourself limited by the 2 channel UM2 though, and it may pay to go for the 404, so you can easily add vocals or other instruments.
