Hi you all,

When I put on synth sounds that I downloaded from the Nord Website, my Nord Keyboard 2 barely makes sound.
I can hear it when I put the volume really high, but then I still hear it barely. Any suggestions about how to fix this?

Hi drextoryjaneMD,

Do you have any pedals connected to the instrument? How are you monitoring the audio output? Headphones? A single cable to an amp or mixer channel? The answers to these questions may help in diagnosing your situation.

On occasion I have plugged my sustain pedal into the Volume Pdal input. This kills all audio output on the NP2. Hopefully your problem is as simple as that!
